Remove a Device

The Remove Device functionality enables you to remove a device from its current vehicle assignment. The device remains active for immediate use in another vehicle. Additionally, use this feature to remove a defective device under warranty and return. Remove Device is available from within the Installation Portal.

 

To Remove a Device:

1.     Select My Accounts from the Menu bar, and then select the Installation Portal button on the Sidebar.

•        The Installation Portal screen displays.

2.     Click the Remove Devices button.

3.     Enter the device’s Air ID, and then click the Remove Device button.

•        LenderOutlook provides a warning message before removing the device.

4.     Click the Yes button to confirm device removal.

5.     Click the OK button to confirm.
