Forgot Your Password

To reset your password, select the Forgot Your Password link. LenderOutlook sends a temporary password to the email address associated with your user profile.

 

To Reset Your Password:

1.     From the LenderOutlook Login screen, click the Forgot Your Password? link.

•        The Forgot Your Password screen displays.

2.     Enter your Username.

•        If you have forgotten your LenderOutlook Username, please contact the Customer Support Team at 1.888.823.7237 (Option #3).

3.     Enter the displayed characters in the Word Verification field.

4.     Click the Send button.

•        The Password Sent confirmation screen displays.

5.     Click the OK button to continue.

6.     LenderOutlook sends your temporary password to the email associated with your User Profile.

•        At your next login, you must change your temporary password.
