Requirements

All templates require the following software/hardware to use all the available features.

RAM		Minimum 1GB, 2GB or more is recommended
Excel 2013 (as part of Office 2013 or Office 365 Professional Plus)		You must enable the PowerPivot add-in. Go to Excel Option > Add-Ins and then COM Add-ins from the Manage drop-down list. Then, select the Microsoft Office PowerPivot for Excel 2013 add-in.
Excel 2010		You need to download PowerPivot and upgrade Visual Studio and .NET framework
	PowerPivot V11	If you have PowerPivot V10 loaded, you must uninstall V10 from your computer before downloading V11, see removal instructions below. Download at: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29074 Choose either 32bit (Excel_x86.msi) or 64 bit (Excel_amd64.msi) version (see notes below to determine what is on your computer)
	Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime	If after downloading PowerPivot it tells you to download Visual Studio tools, follow the instructions, or download manually at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/ms178739(v=vs.100).aspx
	.NET Framework 4.0	If after downloading PowerPivot it tells you to download at: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17851
	To find your current version of PowerPivot	Go to Control Panel, then Programs, then Programs and Features. The Uninstall or Change a Program screen displays. Scroll down until you see the PowerPivot for Excel program. Follow the Uninstall feature to remove older version of PowerPivot.
