Shading Rules

FleetOutlook’s Shading Rules enable you to highlight data based on user-defined conditions. Set rules to automatically shade data in a column whenever it is above or equal to a specific value. By highlighting data, you can quickly scan through a report to find actionable data. Select from three different colors (red, yellow and green) to help differentiate data.

To Set Shading Rules:

1.     Point to the column header with the data to highlight, and then click the drop-down arrow.

2.     Select Set Shading Rules from the drop-down menu, and then specify the values and colors to apply for each rule.

3.     Click anywhere outside of the Set Shading Rules screen to close it.

•        FleetOutlook shades the data that matches the defined shading rules.
